Cancel your subscription

Apple bills Pals Plus. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Pals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. You can also manage it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your Pals account does not cancel the subscription.

Delete your account

In the app, go to You → Privacy & data → Delete account. You may need to sign in with Apple again and confirm with Face ID.

Deletion has a 7-day grace period, when you can cancel it or choose Delete now. Your routines may keep running until then, unless you choose Delete now or pause Pals first.

Deleting your account disconnects Google, Notion and Todoist and deletes your stored sign-ins. It does not cancel your Apple subscription: cancel that in Settings.

Refunds

Purchases go through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Pause Pals

Pausing Pals in the app stops running tasks, pauses routines and cancels approvals you gave for tasks in progress, all at once. Your Pal can still read and reply.

Your data and privacy

See what your Pal knows, and edit or forget any of it, in the app. For a copy of your information, a correction or another privacy request, email hello@aistudio.works. The Privacy Policy explains the rest.

An unwanted email or call from a Pal?

Tell us at hello@aistudio.works and we will look into it. Anyone who asks a Pal to stop calling goes on a do-not-call list for every Pals user.

Quick answers

Is Pals available yet?

Not yet. Pals is coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone only. When it launches, Pals Plus will be $19.99 a month, billed by Apple through In-App Purchase.

Can I use Pals outside the United States?

Not at launch. Pals is offered only in the United States, to adults 18 and older.

How do I disconnect Google, Notion or Todoist?

In the app under You → Connections, or from that account’s own settings. When you disconnect in the app, Pals’ access is revoked where the provider supports it and your stored sign-in is deleted.

Is Pals a person?

No. Pals is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes, so check what matters. Whenever it writes or calls in its own name, it says it is an AI assistant.

Can Pals help in an emergency?

No. Pals is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
